How do I earn CE credits/units?

We offer CE credits/units for registered nurses and nurse practitioners.

You may earn 1 CE per course. CE credits are earned by receiving a passing grade in a test for each course (80% or higher).

These tests are conducted by an external testing agency and you receive a certificate on passing each test which may be downloaded at any time.

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #15015, for 1 Contact Hour.

You may earn a total of 23 contact hours (1 per course).

Can I buy subscriptions for my organization?

Yes! Subscriptions are available for your school or organization at a discounted rate.

I have a subscription but I don't see any courses on my dashboard. How do I add courses to my dashboard?

Your dashboard is where you see your currently enrolled courses or courses that your school or organization has enrolled you in.

A course subscription gives you access to all the courses.

You may enroll in as many or as few courses at a time as you wish from the courses page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Once cancelled you will retain access till the next billing cycle for that subscription.

Additionally, your progress will remain saved in case you decide to come back.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds.

How do I change the video playback speed?

You can increase or decrease video playback speed using a browser plugin; for example on chrome.

Since these are 3rd party plugins we cannot guarantee them but are happy to help if you have any trouble using or installing them.

I'm supposed to be in a group. How do I join my group?

Your instructor or group admin is responsible for inviting you to a group. 

They should have sent you an invitation email to your organization email address or provided you with a link for access.

Be sure to use the email address the invite was sent to when registering for an account.

This helps us ensure that you are added to the correct group and charged the correct fees.

Where can I access my CE certificates?

You earn a CE certificate for a course when you take a special CE test at the end and score more than 80%.

This quiz is conducted on a 3rd party site and once you pass, you are given the option of viewing or downloading the certificate (a pdf file).

We also retain a link to your certificate which you can access at any time from either the assessments page or the individual course page.
